# Octopia sales channels

Some Octopia accounts sell only on **Cdiscount**. Others are also **subscribed** to other marketplaces (Casino, Fnac, Sellzz…).

This is **not** PrestaShop multi-store mode.

Depending on your account, the module shows either Cdiscount only, or options to choose another channel.

### Most common case: Cdiscount only

Go to **Catalog → Cdiscount → Offer Integration**.

Under **Offer Package Type**, you usually see:

**Stock & Price (Light)**  
Fast stock and price update on Cdiscount. No channel selection.

**Full Package** (often already selected)  
Full offer send on Cdiscount (price, stock, shipping, preparation time, etc.). No channel selection.

**Full Package (Specific Sales Channel)**  
Greyed out / unavailable, with the message that you currently have **no other Octopia marketplace subscription** than Cdiscount. It becomes available when you are subscribed to a channel such as Casino, Fnac, Sellzz…

In that case, use **Full Package** or **Stock & Price (Light)**.

### If you are subscribed to other channels

When Octopia shows that you are subscribed to at least one channel **other than Cdiscount**:

1. **Full Package (Specific Sales Channel)** becomes selectable.
2. The **Sales Channel** field appears: pick the channel in the list (*Select a sales channel*).
3. Click **Run offer integration (XML)** (or the JSON equivalent if you use it).

**Full Package** (without “Specific”) remains the standard **Cdiscount** send, without choosing another channel.

If **Purge and Replace** is shown: it applies only to the main Cdiscount channel, not to other channels.

### Multichannel under Authentication

Under **Authentication**, a **Multichannel** block may appear for some accounts:

- **Cdiscount France** (always on)
- **Cdiscount Belgium** (checkbox)

Help text: *Select additionnal countries you want to send your offers*.

This is France / Belgium only. It is **not** the Casino / Fnac / Sellzz choice in Offer Integration.
