# No product to send on Amazon

By clicking the **Send** button, you see a message like:

||| No products to delete  
||| No products to export!

## Steps to follow

1. **Remove all unnecessary filters** in the [Filters](https://doc.common-services.com/en/article/filters-amazon-marketplace-1mr7bpo/) tab of the module configuration.

* Check that the product is [selected](https://doc.common-services.com/en/article/select-products-op61wy/)

### Sending Offers (Synchronization)

### Check the Queue

After clicking "Update" or "Create", ensure the action appears in the [Queue](https://doc.common-services.com/en/article/tools-15hsupq/) under the **Tools** tab (refresh the page):

## Tip

If the issue persists:

* Select only one [category](https://doc.common-services.com/en/article/categories-amazon-marketplace-1bkrnk5/)
* Ensure products in that category **have only one category assigned**
* Reapply the steps above
