# Multi-Store — Common Questions and Issues

You have been redirected to this page because you are using **PrestaShop’s multi-store mode**.  
Please review the most common and general cases encountered with this setup.

## Contexts

By using the multi-store feature, you acknowledge that you have read PrestaShop’s official [multi-store documentation](http://doc.prestashop.com/pages/viewpage.action?pageId=20840949) and that you will not contact us for support regarding **context-related issues**.

The **context** is determined by the store selector located at the top of the page:

The module works **only within a single store context**.  
It does **not** work in the “All Shops” context or in **shop group** contexts.

Saving the module configuration in any context other than the store context may lead to **malfunctions** or **unexpected errors**.

## Scheduled Tasks

Scheduled tasks (cron jobs) that are executed will restore the context that was active **when the module configuration was last saved**.

Therefore, after any major or structural modification (e.g., employee changes, store parameter updates, etc.),  
you should **open the module configuration and save it again**.

## Support

Before requesting support when using multi-store mode, please **redo the full set of actions** that led to the issue **after saving the module configuration** in the correct store context.

Steps to follow:

1. Save the module configuration in the **appropriate store context**.  
2. Verify all **PrestaShop parameters** in this same context.  
3. Reproduce the problematic operation again, always in the same context.

Most common support cases result from **incorrect context handling**, for example, when the user unintentionally works under the **“All Shops”** context.

## Commercial and Legal Framework

Each license is valid **per module and per shop**.  
If you are using the module on multiple stores, you must provide proof of **additional license purchases** to qualify for support.

Our free support operates on a **fair-use principle**.  
Since multi-store usage generates extra workload for support, it is normal that **an additional license** is required when the module is used in multi-store mode.
