# Messaging - Customize emails - Amazon Marketplace Plus

The [**Amazon Messaging**](https://doc.common-services.com/en/article/messaging-system-amazon-marketplace-plus-wtg6zr/) feature is part of the Amazon Marketplace module for PrestaShop.  
It enables communication between your store and customers via Amazon’s messaging system, which verifies all emails.

If you want to **customize the emails sent through this system**, follow these simple steps:

### Steps to Customize

1. **Create a folder named `amazon`**  
   Inside your PrestaShop theme folder, for example:  
   `prestashop1724/themes/classic/modules/amazon`

2. **Copy the email templates**  
   From the Amazon module to this newly created `amazon` folder.
