# Marketplaces > Amazon > Configuration > Carriers

Use this tab to associate your store's shipping carriers with Amazon's recognized carriers to ensure accurate tracking and order synchronization between Feed.biz and Amazon.

### Incoming Orders

When receiving orders from Amazon, Amazon provides the carrier name used for the order. Map these incoming carriers to match your store's existing carrier settings:

* **Amazon Carrier (Left):** Displays the carrier name sent by Amazon for imported orders.
* **Shop Carrier (Right):** Select the corresponding carrier configured in your store to map to Amazon's incoming carrier.

### Outgoing Orders

When sending tracking numbers and fulfillment updates back to Amazon, Feed.biz maps your store's carrier to Amazon's supported carrier list:

* **Shop Carrier (Left):** Select the carrier configured in your online store used to ship packages.
* **Amazon Carrier (Right):** Select the matching Amazon-recognized carrier to ensure valid tracking details are transmitted to Amazon.
