# Is it necessary to send my products?

I understood the [difference between offers and products](https://doc.common-services.com/en/article/understanding-the-difference-between-offers-and-products-cdiscount-o52afn/), but how to know if it is necessary to send my products?

1. Either you have the certainty that your products do not exist on CDiscount, i.e. they are not known through their EAN code. In this case, you will need to create your products in order to be able to publish offers on them. Follow the tutorial [Export : Products creation](https://doc.common-services.com/en/article/export-products-creation-10lmyhm/).

2. You resell known manufactured products whose EAN code is already present on CDiscount. So you are sure that your products exist on CDiscount. In this case, follow the [Publish offer](https://doc.common-services.com/en/article/publish-offer-14ycbwd/) tutorial.

3. If you have any doubt and you sell products that could already exist on CDiscount (marketed by one or more suppliers), then your products may already exist on CDiscount. In this case, you can send your offers without waiting for product creation. Follow the [Publish offer](https://doc.common-services.com/en/article/publish-offer-14ycbwd/) tutorial.

### Offer update vs product creation workflow

Then proceed as follows depending on your situation:

#### 1. Update existing Cdiscount products (recommended when EAN already exists)

Go to:
**Catalog > Cdiscount > Offer Integration**

* Select **Full Package** for Offer Package Type (this is used to add your offer to existing Cdiscount products using the EAN barcode)
* Click **Update offers**
* Then review the report below by clicking on the **ID number**
* You will need the **ID and screenshot/text of the errors** for any support request

#### 2. Create products that do not yet exist on Cdiscount

Go to:
**Catalog > Cdiscount > Product Integration**

* Export the file
* Send it to Cdiscount
* Click the report link that appears in the green notification (package ID number) to open the report in your browser
* You will need the **package ID and report URL** for support requests
