# Information – Common errors

The module checks configuration and environment in the **Information** tab.

## PHP warnings

### Time / memory

> PHP value: max_execution_time recommended value is at least 120. your limit is currently set to 60

> PHP value: memory_limit recommended value is at least 256MB. your limit is currently set to 120MB

### Other PHP limits

> Your PHP configuration limits the maximum number of fields to post in a form : … for max_input_vars. Please ask your hosting provider to increase this limit.

If Suhosin is enabled, also raise `suhosin.request.max_vars` / `suhosin.post.max_vars` (same PHP article).

## AJAX issues

> AJAX execution failed. Please first verify your module configuration. If the problem persists please send a screenshot of this page to the support.

Common causes:

1. Back-office URL differs from the PrestaShop domain (e.g. `mystore.com` vs `www.mystore.com`) — use exactly the same URL
2. Host rules / permissions — see also **Permission issues, write access**

## Other frequent Information alerts

> You have to set write permissions to the …/modules/cdiscount/export directory and its subsequents files

> You didn't checked yet any category, in category tab

> Be carefull, your shop is in maintenance mode, the module might not work in that mode
