# Importing an order - Product out of stock

You may need to import a Cdiscount order for a product that is **out of stock** in PrestaShop.

The module follows PrestaShop availability rules. On import, a blocked line can appear as **Out of stock**.

### Module setting

In the module **Settings** tab, under **Order import**:

**Allow stock zero (Order Import)** → **Yes**

This allows importing orders when stock is zero or negative. See also [Settings](https://doc.common-services.com/en/article/settings-18jvr8w/).

### Product sheet

On the product (Quantities / availability):

If **Allow orders** is selected (and the product is otherwise importable — active, available for sale, min. quantity = 1), the order can be imported.

If **Default** is selected, PrestaShop’s global setting applies. Check **Shop Parameters → Product Settings** (formerly Preferences → Products) and enable ordering when out of stock:

### If it still fails

Try ordering the same product from your front office — the underlying PrestaShop restriction is often clearer there.
