# Error: not enough stock for this product (order import)

When importing an order, you may see:

> Not enough stock for this product : ID: 123/0 - Product name

*(*_`123/0`_ *= product id / combination id.)*

### Cause

PrestaShop refuses to add the line to the import cart: the **ordered quantity** is greater than **available stock** (stock management enabled), or availability rules block that quantity.

This is **not** exactly the same as:

- **Out of stock** skip / allow orders when out of stock — see [Importing an order – Product out of stock](https://doc.common-services.com/en/article/importing-an-order-product-out-of-stock-13e97kv/)
- inactive / unavailable / min. quantity — see [Impossible to import an order of an inactive or unavailable product](https://doc.common-services.com/en/article/impossible-to-import-an-order-of-an-inactive-or-unavailable-product-142wtvj/)

Here the product is found, but **real stock** does not cover the Octopia quantity.

### What to do

1. Open the product (and combination if `ID` is not `…/0`) in PrestaShop.
2. Check **stock**: quantity ≥ quantity ordered on Cdiscount.
3. If you must import with stock at 0: enable **Allow stock zero (Order Import)** in the module **Settings** tab, **and** allow orders when out of stock (product sheet / shop product settings) — see the out-of-stock article above.
4. Check multi-warehouse / Advanced Stock Management (wrong warehouse selected in the module).
5. Retry import: [Orders import](https://doc.common-services.com/en/article/orders-import-gddlqn/)

Useful test: order the same quantity on the **front office** — if PrestaShop refuses there too, the cause is shop stock / availability.
