# Creating New Products - Amazon Marketplace Plus

## Prerequisites

Before starting, please ensure you have:

To publish products that **don’t yet exist on Amazon**, you must enable the **Product Creation** feature first.

## Requirements to Create a Product

1. **Create a Profile**

2. **Set up the Mappings**

3. **Assign a Profile to a Category**  
   🏷️ Link each PrestaShop category to an Amazon profile

4. **Select the Products to Create**  
   🛒 From the product page, in the **Amazon sub-tab**, check **Create** for the products to be sent **(Important: do not click the native PrestaShop "Save and publish" button after checking “Create", or it will reset to "Update".)**

||| ⚠️ Important: At this stage, the profile is not complete yet. Amazon determines required fields dynamically, so some mandatory fields will still be missing. ➡️ You will identify missing fields in next step using the report.

## Sending the Product Feed

1. Go to **Catalog > Amazon** > **Products**
2. Click **Verify** to check for missing or invalid information  
3. Click **Send to Amazon** to submit the feed  
4. View the results in the Amazon **Report (read carefully how to access and read the report: [https://doc.common-services.com/en/article/generating-the-report-amazon-marketplace-plus-ql3ave/](https://doc.common-services.com/en/article/generating-the-report-amazon-marketplace-plus-ql3ave/))**
5. Send the products again until there are no more errors in the report
6. Verify on Amazon Seller Central: it may take a few hours for products to process and appear in your inventory.

||| ⚠️ Note: There is no scheduled task (cron) for creating new products. Scheduled tasks only synchronize offers (price, stock, etc.), not product creation.

## Feed Options

These options let you adjust the content and scope of the feed before sending it to Amazon:

* **Display JSON**  
  Displays the feed content **without sending** it to Amazon (diagnostic mode).

* **Include List Price**  
  Includes the reference price (recommended retail price) if configured in the profile.

* **Include Latency**  
  Includes the handling/preparation time before dispatch.

* **Limiter**  
* **No Limit**: sends all selected products.  
* **Limit to n Products**: useful to avoid PHP configuration limits or to split into batches.

* **Send Relations Only**  
  Sends only relationships (variants, parent/child) without re-publishing full product data.

* **Send Entire Catalog**  
  Forces a full catalog feed instead of just the selected products.
