# Carrier Modules are inactive and flagged - Amazon Marketplace Plus

## Carriers/Modules are inactive and flagged

## Why does this happen?

Some carriers like **Relais Colis** are not standard carriers, but **carrier modules**.

This means they require **user interaction** (e.g. selecting a pickup point).

⚠️ The marketplace module is an **automated system** — it cannot handle this interaction.

As a result, trying to use such a carrier can **cause the module to crash**, especially during operations like order import.

👉 This is why carrier modules are **excluded by default** from marketplace modules.

## Recommended solution

1. Go to **Shipping > Carriers**
2. Create a new **manual, inactive carrier**, e.g.:
   **Relais Colis (Marketplace)**
3. Do **not activate** it for front office use
4. Assign it to the marketplace module only
