# C Logistique (Cdiscount / Octopia fulfillment)

**C Logistique** (Octopia / Cdiscount fulfillment): the Cdiscount warehouse prepares and ships some orders for you.

The module does not subscribe you to the service — that is done in Octopia / Cdiscount. Here you only enable the **PrestaShop features** (import, stock, carriers, order states).

### 1. Enable in the module

**Settings** → **C Logistique**:

1. **C Logistique** → Yes (*Activate C Logistique features*)
2. Optional: **Decrease Quantities (C Logistique)** → Yes to decrease PrestaShop stock when fulfillment orders are imported (*Decrease quantities for C Logistiques ordered products*)
3. Save

Without this switch: no C Logistique carrier mapping and no **Orders States (C Logistique)**.

> If stock is managed only in the Cdiscount warehouse, leave destock on **No** to avoid double stock deduction.

### 2. Fulfillment products (Offer Management)

On the product sheet → Cdiscount extension → **Octopia Offer Management**:

- **C Logistique** (*Fulfillment mode*): tick offers / combinations fulfilled by Cdiscount
- **C Logistique Added Value** (*Fulfillment fee*): optional fee (empty = `0`)

Then run **Offer Integration** (Full Package) to publish the fulfillment mode.

### 3. C Logistique carriers

**Transportation** → **Delivery Modes (For C Logistique)** (shown when C Logistique = Yes):

Map each fulfillment delivery mode to a PrestaShop carrier.  
On import, fulfillment orders use this map (not the standard seller Standard / Tracked… map).

### 4. C Logistique order states

**Orders** → **Orders States (C Logistique)**:

Map Octopia statuses (Accepted, Shipped, Delivered, etc.) to PrestaShop states suited to fulfillment (often without “shipped by you” emails).

Seller-fulfilled orders keep using **Orders States** (standard).

### 5. Import

On import, a fulfillment order is detected (`IsCLogistiqueOrder` / supplyMode **Fulfillment**) and shown as **C Logistique (Fulfillment)** vs **Standard**.

The module then applies:

- C Logistique carrier mapping
- C Logistique order-state mapping
- destock per **Decrease Quantities (C Logistique)**

On the PrestaShop order page: **C Logistique** label.
