# Blank page CDiscount

Cases you may see:

- after install, click **Configure** → blank page;
- click a module tab → blank page or **truncated** PrestaShop back office.

This usually hides a PHP error. To display it, temporarily enable PrestaShop **debug mode**:

1. If the back office still responds: **Advanced Parameters → Performance → Debug mode → Yes**, then save.
2. Otherwise (or if that is not enough): edit `config/defines.inc.php` and set `_PS_MODE_DEV_` to `true`:

```php
define('_PS_MODE_DEV_', true);
```

Reload the page, **copy the full error message** (or a screenshot), then **disable debug mode immediately**.
