# Accessing your Feed.biz account (PrestaShop)

### Prerequisites

### Logging into Feed.biz

1. Open your web browser and navigate to the Feed.biz login page: [https://client.feed.biz/users/login](https://client.feed.biz/users/login).
2. Choose your login method:
* **Standard Sign-In:** Enter your registered email and password, then click **Login**.
* **Google Sign-In:** If you used your Google account during registration, simply click the **Google account** button to authenticate instantly.

### Troubleshooting Access Issues

> If you are locked out of your account, click the **Did you forget your password?** link on the login page. Enter the email address associated with your Feed.biz account, and the system will send a secure password reset link to your inbox (provided the email is valid).
