# Accessing your Cdiscount Flux account

### Prerequisites
Before logging in, make sure you have a valid, active account. If you need to create one, please refer to our guide: [__Creating Your Cdiscount Flux Account__](https://doc.common-services.com/en/article/create-your-account-in-cdiscount-flux-prestashop-10vyu19/).

### Logging into Cdiscount Flux

1. Open your web browser and navigate to the Cdiscount Flux login page: https://cdiscount.feed.biz/users/login.
2. Choose your login method:
    * **Standard Sign-In:** Enter your registered email and password, then click **Login**.
    * **Google Sign-In:** If you used your Google account during registration, simply click the **Google account** button to authenticate instantly.

### Troubleshooting Access Issues

> **Forgot your password?**
> If you are locked out of your account, click the **Did you forget your password?** link on the login page. Enter the email address associated with your Cdiscount Flux account, and the system will send a secure password reset link to your inbox (provided the email is valid).
